Hi, I’m alive!

Sharing the before-and-after of this woman in a kimono doodle that I finally got to color after a year.

(Lol @ the doodle’s date!)

Colored in Paint Tool SAI.

First Entry for this contest at COLOURlovers.

Hey, there. It’s been a while.

These are logo studies for Cinco Business Consulting Shanghai Co, Ltd.

The client originally wanted to use earth colors incorporated with a globe for a global impression. I was personally against it but I managed to include a study with such element. And guess what? That was the client’s final choice for the logo.

Still waiting for updates regarding the finalization of the IDKit for this one.

One of the studies for Funguy Studio’s revamped website. Layout/Design/Icons by me. Will post the final version on launch!

An email newsletter design for Canoa Ranch’s Mother’s Day Special.

COO requested for GDAP’s games’ characters collage. Characters are from Anino Games, PODDCORP, Secret 6 and FunGuy Studio.

Pitch (left), Final (right)

A quick design I did for Vice Age Entertainment. The client didn’t want dark colors so the original pitch had to undergo some alterations.

Website is live at http://www.viceagegames.com/.

I was required to make the in-game campaign/contest UI for Gulee.
Consistency, of course, played a great part in this.

The client didn’t want to use the megaphone icon since it might be misleading to the kids. So I thought of a more appropriate icon for a contest - speakers, trophy, a scroll of some sorts and the fire blazing somewhat indicating a start of a contest.

The finalized version can be seen in the last photo. The trophy wins!

Propeller Dog LITE is available at iTunes! Get it now!

Anyway, I was asked to improve the existing splash screen (made by a different artist) of the game and make it look more of a ‘pro-version’.

I basically made the colors more vibrant. I also changed the buttons to make it more noticeable and easier to click. I, then, replaced the LITE icon with my tweaked PRO icon and added the sound and effects button at the upper right corner.

The PRO version will be released soon! Please watch out for it!

UI for Gulee’s Virtual Currency Top-up window.

I instantly applied Gulee’s woody look into the design and placed the Tapir character to represent the game’s local target. Everything else was derived from existing UI’s that were previously approved or already in-game.

The colors that I initially chose for top-up amount details are from the game’s official logo but the client felt that they look out of place and that the price for in-game currencies aren’t easily noticeable. So instead of putting the prices at the side, it was then placed at the center. The currency icons were also moved to the left side and the colors of the boxes were changed into earthy tones as pictured above.
